The medical activity of the Center is characterized by  constant implementation of new diagnostic and treatment technologies allowing to significantly improve the quality of medical aid at the Center, where 90% of pregnant patients are in the high-risk group. This resulted in more than 3 times decrease of perinatal and early neonatal mortality, 4 times decrease of the number of infectious complications in newborns, the successful outcome of pregnancy has reached  94% in  patients with habitual miscarriage. The number of postoperative and postpartum complications has significantly decreased. The implementation of modern methods of perinatal diagnostics and neonatal surgery has allowed to reduce the number of newborns with congenital malformations by 30-35%. The use of endoscopic surgery for treatment of infertility in patients with benign tumors of uterus, adnexa and endometriosis has increased the possibility of pregnancy by 2–3 times. The introduction of endoscopic surgeries, new suture materials, anti-adhesive barriers, rehabilitation allowed to reduce the time of hospital stay after surgery by 3-4 times, and enabled early and complete recovery in 93% of patients.
